(1) Vendor needs to provide tele–ophthalmology consulting services to the government authority located in Hilo, HI. – Provide care for patients, consistent with the obligations of the applicable Facility under applicable law.– All TeleOphthalmology Specialty Call Coverage Services.– Hardware and software for tele–ophthalmology platform.– Implementation and Go–Live schedule and details ie. training, secure, HIPPA compliant, real–time video consultations, Information Technology (IT) requirements.– 24/7/365 Tele–Ophthalmology Consulting Services.– Telehealth consultations, provide networking support, and surgical handoffs for ed medical issues as requested by facility providers and staff.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
