The City of Oakland’s Equipment Services Division (ESD) is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to provide bulk lubricants for various municipal vehicles and equipment. ESD maintains a fleet that includes light-duty vehicles, heavy-duty trucks, off-road machinery, and other specialized equipment. A reliable, high-quality supply of lubricants is critical to ensuring the fleet remains operational, efficient, and compliant with regulatory standards. Contract Length / Option Years: Base period of 3 years.
