Area 1 Drainage Improvements----------------------------The Contractor must provide all adequate and competent labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to improve drainage by installing pipe and catch basins to widen the turning radius as specified along the following Parish roads: • River Rd (R3H001) Covington, LA; • Penn Mill Rd (R03D007) Covington, LA; • Stanga Rd (R01G002) Covington, LA; • Gayle Rd (R01G004) Covington, LA; and • Northridge Dr (R01B018) Covington, LA.
