Vendor needs to provide website redesign upgrades and maintenance service using CMS.– The project involves the maintenance of the agency’s website along with possible upgrades/redesign of the agency’s website.– The redesigned site does not need to be identical to the existing site but may offer a fresh design without losing the existing overall brand.• Provide cost and process for maintenance of the agency’s existing website as well as possible upgrades/redesign (but not rebrand) for the website, including:– Fully responsive design implementation for the agency site, with a focus on ease of navigation and finding information for website visitors.– Content Management System (CMS) recommendations, with clear details of how much freedom agency employees will have in making regular in–house content updates and changes.– Clear details of ongoing maintenance or other costs that might extend past any agreed upon initial upgrade/redesign phase.
