(1) Vendor needs to provide executive compensation study services for the college president to the government authority located in Frederick, MD– Conduct a compensation study that evaluates the President's total compensation package, including salary, retirement benefits, incentive or supplemental compensation, executive benefits, and other compensation–related elements.– Study shall compare the College President's compensation to that of comparable presidents at peer higher education institutions and other relevant market competitors.– Utilize appropriate compensation benchmarking methodologies, market data, labor market comparisons, and peer institution analyses to assess the competitiveness and positioning of the President's total compensation program and provide recommendations for future compensation considerations.– Succession Planning and Retention Assessment– Benchmarking Analysis– Comprehensive Compensation Study Report– Executive Compensation Dashboard– Strategic Compensation Recommendations(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
