(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign, hosting, implementation and maintenance services using content management system.– Redesign its website and implement a modern, secure and scalable content management system (CMS).– Deliver a new and future–focused digital strategy and web presence that reflects best practices in design, user experience, usability, accessibility, scalability, cybersecurity and search engine optimization (SEO).– Creating intuitive navigation structures and content organization frameworks.– Developing user–centered design strategies for public–sector websites.– Search functionality, including document indexing.– Multilingual content support and translation workflows.– Responsive websites optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile.– Integration with external systems such as:▪ Mass notification systems (email/SMS)▪ Social media platforms▪ Flight information systems, parking management, ground transportation– Secure, cloud–based or hybrid hosting environments.– Protection of web forms and public–facing input systems.– Security monitoring and alerting systems.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 6,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
