FY2026/2027 Maintenance and Technical Support of Custom CAMA system

The Duval County Property Appraiser’s Office (DCPA) seeks to continue its annual service agreement with Aumentum Technologies, Inc. for the software maintenance and technical support of its Custom Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) system. The service agreement ensures uninterrupted access to system updates, troubleshooting assistance, security patches, and compliance enhancements, allowing the DCPA to maintain efficiency in property appraisal and tax roll management.The CAMA system is the core platform used by the Property Appraiser’s Office to assess property values, manage parcel data, and maintain tax records. Accurate property valuation is essential, as property taxes represent a significant source of revenue that funds essential City operations.
