(1) Vendor needs to provide fire sprinkler system engineering design services to the government authority located in Stamford, CT. – Conduct an on–site investigation.– Verify building dimensions and relevant existing conditions.– Review available record drawings.– Identify existing fire protection equipment.– Investigate the existing water supply.– Determine whether a current water–flow test is available.– Coordinate with the water authority as required.– Identify potential locations for risers, valves, fire department connections, and related equipment.– Review existing ceilings, mechanical equipment, lighting, electrical equipment, andother potential conflicts.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 17, 2026.
