Vendor needs to provide grant management services to the government authority located in Carson City, NV.– Shall develop and deliver a structured onboarding program for all 18 Onboarding shall include:– An orientation session for each subgrantee explaining the grants management process, key compliance requirements, reporting obligations, and the Contractor’s role as their primary support resource.– Delivery a plain–language Subgrantee Handbook covering all key program requirements, timelines, documentation expectations, and contact information.– Registration of each subgrantee in the program management and reimbursement tracking system.– Collection of required organizational documentation, executed subgrant agreements, project budgets, and required federal registrations,– Verification that each subgrantee has designated appropriate contacts for grants management, financial, and construction coordination functions.
