Vendor needs to provide math interventionist service to the government authority located in Fayetteville, WV. – To provide targeted mathematics intervention services to students in grades 6–8 at School during the 2026–2027 school year.– To provide additional, targeted mathematics instruction to students who have demonstrated identified skill gaps and require supplemental intervention to improve mathematics achievement.– Math Interventionists will work collaboratively with the School principal, mathematics teachers, and other appropriate school personnel to: • Provide targeted mathematics intervention to students in grades 6, 7, and 8 who have identified mathematics skill gaps. • Provide individual and/or small–group instruction based on student need. • Use available student achievement, benchmark, formative assessment, and intervention data to identify instructional priorities. • Provide instruction aligned with college– and Career–Readiness Standards and the instructional priorities of School. • Collaborate with classroom teachers and school administration regarding student progress and instructional needs.• Maintain appropriate documentation of students served, instructional services provided, and student progress.• Participate in progress monitoring and provide information necessary for the school and to evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention services. • Perform other mathematics intervention activities directly related to the scope of the contract as mutually agreed upon with the principal.
