(1) Vendor needs to provide program specialist service for administrative to the government authority located in Jackson, MS. – Provide critical administrative, operational, and technical support to the program.– Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00a.m. – 5:00p.m.)1. Program Oversight & Compliance• Assists in the oversight of subgrantee operations.• Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations.• Assists in reviewing, analyzing, and processing subgrants and modifications.• Handles Department and Low–Income Home Energy Assistance Program(LIHEAP) programs.2. Data, Reporting & Accountability• Supports data management and reporting tasks.• Contributes to the overall effectiveness of the program.• Utilizes technical systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.3. Administration & Program Support• Assists in preparing State Plans.• Coordinates intake processing of incoming subgrantee documentation packets and systematically manages field calendars to coordinate schedules for program inspectors.• Creates memos, letters, and maintains official program files.• The assistant also organizes and secures physical and digital grant tracking files to ensure audit readiness.
