(1) Vendor needs to provide red light camera systems to the government authority located in Woonsocket, RI.• Providing comprehensive, turnkey automated photo citation (Red–Light Camera) enforcement program.• City intends to have intersection safety cameras for the purpose of increasing public safety through the enforcement of traffic laws associated with red–light traffic signals.• Systems with power separate from the traffic signal.• Systems that do not require additional cabinetry aside from that which houses the cameras.• To proposers who can offer additional services, such as automated speed enforcement services and noise ordinance enforcement services.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
