CONS-23651 - USA (Fullerton, California) - Collaborative Design-Build Services - Deadline October 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide collaborative design–build services to the government authority located in Fullerton, CA.– Project approximately consists of the renovation and expansion of the existing titan student union and student recreation center– Renovate approximately 48,000 square feet of the existing facility and add an approximately 18,900 square foot, two–story addition on the south side of the building. Approximately 13,400 square feet of the new addition will be dedicated to Basic Needs programs and services.(2) A non–mandatory conference will be held on September 15, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 6, 2026.
