(1) Vendor needs to provide anger management services to the government authority located in Ukiah, CA– Deliver structured, evidence–based or evidence–informed services to parents, caregivers, and youth involved with the child welfare system.– Reduce anger–related behaviors that compromise child safety, family stability, or reunification efforts.– Programs must be inclusive of LGBTQ+ individuals and offer services that are affirming and accessible. – Services must be available in both English and Spanish, unless services are culturally specific– Programs should demonstrate the ability to reach families throughout all geographical areas of the county, including rural and underserved regions– Priority will be placed on awarding at least one contract to a tribal–focused provider, and potentially an additional provider offering Spanish–language services(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
