(1) Vendor needs to provide gift and reward card services program and platform to the government authority located in city.         – Solution offer single–merchant gift cards, multi–merchant gift cards, prepaid debit cards, Mastercard, Visa–style cards, or other cash–equivalent products.– Suppliers to grow business, streamline procedures, utilize e–commerce, and consolidate critical management tasks.– These contracts are negotiated to be available to the entire university and to make use of e commerce technologies and consolidated billing procedures.– Cloud–based service models and deployment models.– Web–based gift card distribution.– Reporting, analytics, and integrations.– Gift card products and catalog.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
