(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive active transportation plan development service to the government authority located in Livermore, CA. – Provide develop a comprehensive Active Transportation Plan (ATP) that updates and replaces the city’s 2018 bicycle, pedestrian, and trails active transportation plan and incorporates the 2024 interim update.– Establish a citywide vision, goal, policies, project list, prioritization framework, implementation strategy, planning–level cost estimates, and grant–ready documentation for walking, bicycling, trails, micromobility, and related active transportation connections.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.
