(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Jackson, TN.– Clean, sanitize and polish toilets, sinks and urinals– Empty, line, clean and sanitize trash containers– Fill, clean and sanitize dispensers: soap, towel, tissue, and napkins.– Clean and polish glass mirrors, chrome, and hardware.– Clean entrance and other glass doors.– Clean ledges and windowsills, which include inside building, entrance area, and outside deck.– Clean and polish kick plates and thresholds.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) Pre–bid Site visit will be held on August 31, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
