(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in New Haven, CT.– Provide all labor, supervision, professional services, management expertise, systems, materials, temporary facilities, administrative resources, coordination, and other services reasonably necessary to successfully plan, price, procure, construct, commission, and close out the Clock Factory Redevelopment.– Expected to apply a proactive, solutions–oriented management approach emphasizing cost certainty, schedule reliability, quality control, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and successful delivery of a large–scale mixed–income redevelopment in an active urban environment.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 22, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 18, 2026.
