(1) Vendor needs to provide park improvements project services to the government authority located in Raleigh, NC.– Updates to building systems to support new and existing primary function of programmed spaces, including electrical, mechanical, IT, AV, fire alarm, security, and plumbing. Interior renovations provide new finishes throughout, as well as acoustic enhancements in the multi–purpose room.– The building will be fully ADA compliant following renovation. – Sitework will include a new playground, splash pad, parking lot rework, parking lot lighting, irrigation, stormwater treatment and service upgrades.(2) A Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 12, 2026.
