(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Montgomery, AL. – Clean and disinfect all restrooms.– Sweep, dust mop, and damp mop all hard–surface floors.– Vacuum all carpeted areas, rugs, and entrance mats.– Dust desks, countertops, chairs, windowsills, and other horizontal surfaces.– Spot clean glass, doors, and interior office windows as needed.– Clean mirrors and restroom fixtures.– Empty all trash into the designated collection area.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 15, 2026.
