Phase 1 WTP PFAS Upgrades: Myrtle Beach WTP (revised)

Requesting proposals from CMAR Contractors (Proposer). GSWSA intends to enter into a preconstruction services contract with the selected Proposer pursuant to the information contained in this RFP. Following completion of preconstruction services, GSWSA intends to enter into a construction services contract with the selected Proposer if mutual agreement is reached on one or more Guaranteed Maximum Price proposals for the project.
