Vendor needs to provide branding and organizational identity study services.– consultant to lead a comprehensive branding study resulting in the development of an organizational identity system.– Strategic process that includes discovery, research, stakeholder engagement, identity development, governance planning, and implementation preparation.– Project initiation and management:– Coordinate a project kick–off meeting with city leadership and project team.– Discovery and assessment:– Comprehensive assessment of the city’s existing organizational identity and communications environment to develop an understanding of the city’s current identity environment, organizational culture, and public presence.– Stakeholder engagement:– Consultant should develop and implement a stakeholder engagement strategy that informs project recommendations through meaningful participation from internal and external audiences.– Organizational identity strategy:– Organizational identity framework.– Positioning and key messaging.– Organizational voice and tone.– Visual identity system:– Logo evaluation and recommendations.– Color palette.– Typography.– Implementation planning and transition strategy:– Consultant will develop a realistic implementation approach that supports adoption of and alignment with the new organizational identity system.
