(1) Vendor needs to provide culturally specific domestic violence and sexual assault services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Services for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence to address emergent needs resulting from public health concerns and support for organizations to promote strategic partnership development and collaboration in responding to the impact of public health concerns on survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence.– Support for organizations to promote strategic partnership development and collaboration in responding to the impact of public health concerns on survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence.– Program planning and development.– Direct services and survivor support.– Implement services during in–person and virtual service delivery, safe housing support, and other supportive services for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence, including necessary operational, staffing, and administrative costs.– Outreach, training, and public awareness: Expand outreach, training, and technical assistance to improve awareness of available services and increase access for communities.– Innovation, evaluation, and intervention: Support culturally specific, community–based, non–residential services that enhance intervention and prevention for all survivors of sexual assault, domestic, dating, and family violence from racial and ethnic specific populations.(2) The contract period will be for four years.
