(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management services to the government authority located in NY.– Consultant shall review contract documents and cost estimates during the project design phase, perform constructability reviews, identify contract document deficiencies, complete cost estimates, and identify value engineering strategies.– During construction, the Consultant shall plan, oversee, monitor, direct, supervise construction, and schedule various field inspections as directed.– Consultant shall not perform any direct construction work.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.
