(1) Vendor needs to provide organizational performance transformation and continuous performance management platform.– A cloud–based (SaaS) system of record supporting continuous check–ins, goal setting and cascading, realtime feedback, configurable performance appraisals, and manager/HR dashboards, replacing the paper– or form–based semi–annual/annual evaluation process.– Configurable to the University's organizational structure, job classifications, and evaluation criteria.– Reporting and business–intelligence functionality sufficient to feed the scorecard metrics developed under Part A.– Data security, access control, and retention practices consistent with University IT and audit requirements.– Vendor–led configuration, data migration (as applicable), and integration support with existing HR/Banner systems, coordinated with HRO and OIT.– Training for HRO staff, division leadership, and end users.– Ongoing platform support and maintenance for the term of the agreement– Provide ongoing facilitation, coaching, and troubleshooting support to leadership and department heads as the operating rhythm matures.– Conduct quarterly planning sessions aligned to the University's fiscal and academic calendar– Stablish clear ownership of roles, responsibilities, and measurable outcomes across participating divisions.– Instil disciplined issue–identification and resolution practices that address root causes of recurring precision and quality failures.– Establish a recurring leadership accountability meeting structure with a standardized agenda, issues log, and action–item tracking.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.(3) Contact term will be for one year.
