Yoncalla School District is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to establish a Price Agreement for Category 2 equipment, under the Schools and Libraries Division E-rate Program, to upgrade existing network equipment. The District reserves the right to solely determine equivalency and compatibility. Please see associated documents for details and specifications. Disqualification Factors Late submission Not SLD compliant Proposal not relevant to Services Requested Proposal includes equipment from Huawei Technologies Company, ZTE, Hytera, Hangzhou Hikvision or Dahua, or any of their parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries. SPAM and/or robotic responses will not be considered valid responses and will be disqualified from consideration.
