Vendor needs to provide document translation services.• All translators providing the Services must be competent and proficient in both English and Polish for which they are engaged. • Polish translation requirements may include (but are not limited to): the translation of the contents of application forms (and entered content), questionnaires, personal identification documents, commercial documents, official and legal documents, newspaper articles, annual, financial and audit reports, information leaflets, newspaper and magazine articles, miscellaneous related correspondence from Polish into English.• Translators may be required to provide website and other digital content translations.• Translators may be required to translate text presented in Adobe InDesign form (.idml file) and to ensure all text is typeset correctly in translated language before returning the .IDML file to the contracting authority.• Translators must treat all information provided by the contracting authority as confidential.
