(1) Vendor needs to provide transatlantic partnership program services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– The program supports forward–looking initiatives that highlight the enduring U.S.–German partnership and democratic principles.– The program seeks innovative projects that deepen mutual understanding, foster collaboration, and engage German audiences in meaningful dialogue with the United States. Proposals are encouraged in key areas of cooperation, including sports, science, and space; countering anti–Semitism and supporting freedom of speech; and measuring the long–term impact of exchange programs.– All projects must include strong U.S. components, clearly defined German target audiences, and a strategic implementation plan.
