COMMERCIAL-GRADE LAUNDRY EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE & REPAIR SERVICES. - NIGP 934.42

Created by Santiago Nocito, 1-510-238-7563, snocito@oaklandca.gov To provide the City of Oakland's Animal Services with regular maintenance services and as-needed repairs for a commercial-grade washer and dryer. The existing washer is a Continental, Model No. RMG055P1102111001, Serial No. 2383335C23. The existing dryer is a Continental, Model No. KT075N, Serial No. 2304002071. The contractor shall possess all required tools and equipment and have thorough knowledge of on-going maintenance and repairs of commercial-grade washer and dryer equipment. Technicians must be available during regular business hours and for on-call services five (5) days a week, Monday through Friday. Proposal must include hourly labor rate, overtime labor rate, and any miscellaneous charges. The awarded contractor must include in all their quotes, pro-forma invoices, and final invoices a breakdown of all the charges and component/material charges must reflect current market rate pricing. The award resulting from this RFQ will be for a five-year (5) period. Please see Bid Packet Document for product specification, requirements and other important information.
