EXTRA-72951 - USA (Michigan) - Third-Party Facilitators Member Outreach Program Services - Deadline August 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide third–party facilitators member outreach program services to the government authority located in Michigan– Expertise in small and large–scale third–party facilitation, including planning, managing, and executing complex, multi–stakeholder meetings, workshops, and workgroups in both in–person and virtual environments.– Capacity to design and manage end–to–end meeting preparation workflows, including agenda development, material coordination, pre–work, documentation, follow–up, and action–item tracking with reliable, on–time delivery.– Ability to enable and engage in transparent, bi–directional communication, and effectively guide stakeholders toward collaborative solutions on complex administrative and technical issues.– Ability to develop and manage stakeholder engagement strategies, including communications, educational content, presentations, surveys, and progress reporting.– Use of project management systems and tools for coordinating logistics, tracking costs, managing schedules, documenting activities, and providing clear, consistent reporting to executive leadership.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 28, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 4, 2026.
