(1) Vendor needs to provide control system integration services to the government authority located in Roanoke, VA. • On–Site Hardware Review: Perform an initial site deployment to document current control configurations and map existing I/O loops and plant wiring.• Engineering Design & Submittals: Provide a complete digital hardware submittal package for approval before panel fabrication begins. The submittal must include completed electrical schematics, physical panel layout drawings, dimensioned enclosure outline drawings, a finalized Bill of Materials (BOM), and individual technical manufacturer cut sheets for all system components.• Software Engineering: Develop custom programming matching the control logic, tag structures, and operational interface behaviours of the facility's previously upgraded aeration Blower.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026.
