Vendor needs to provide police station construction documents service to the government authority located in Atkinson, NH. – Architectural and engineering firms for the design and development of construction documents for a new Police Station.– Consultant shall provide the professional services necessary to advance the project through development of complete construction documents suitable for permitting, competitive bidding, and construction. – The construction documents shall include all architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, communications, security, technology, and other specialty disciplines necessary for a complete and functional police facility.• Meets the operational needs of the Police Department. • Provides a safe, secure, durable, and efficient public–safety facility. • Meets applicable federal, state, and local building, accessibility, fire, life–safety, zoning, energy, environmental, and public–safety requirements. • Incorporates appropriate security, access control, surveillance, communications, information technology, and emergency systems. • Addresses long–term maintenance, durability, energy efficiency, resiliency, and operational costs. • Provides flexibility for future departmental growth and changing operational requirements. • Produces construction documents sufficiently detailed for accurate contractor pricing, permitting, and construction.• Project Initiation and Programming• Site–Neutral Evaluation and Due Diligence• Schematic Design and Construction Documents
