(1) Vendor needs to provide speech language therapist services to the government authority located in Eagle Butte, SD.– Speech–language therapist, must possess comprehensive knowledge, skills, and abilities required to independently deliver all facets of speech therapy services to students within a school environment.– Provide ongoing therapy to special education students currently in treatment as identified by their individual education plan.– Provide comprehensive speech or language therapy evaluations as designated by the special education coordinator or school supervisor.– Provide prompt completion and delivery of evaluation reports.– Provide on–site training to school staff and parents on topics related to area of expertise upon request from special education coordinator or school supervisor.– Recommend therapeutic equipment to be used with individual students based onindividual student therapy needs.(2) This bid is Set–Aside for total Small Business.
