(1) Vendor needs to provide conference planning and execution support service to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA. – The selected firm will work closely with conference staff and leadership to plan, coordinate, and execute all beltline–hosted conference experiences and host–city activations.– The firm will function as an extension of the team, ensuring a world–class attendee experience that reflects agency leadership in economic development, innovation, entrepreneurship, equitable growth, and placemaking.(2) A virtual pre–bid meeting will be held on August 25, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.
