(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology managed service to the government authority located in Poughkeepsie, NY.– Remote and on–site support aligned with current environment.– Server, network, systems management, firewall service and remote access.– 24/7 monitoring of all network and systems.– Manage Microsoft 365 environment, manage licensing, and enforce security controls on company computers and mobile devices.– SOC/MDR 24/7/365 monitoring and response.– Cybersecurity – Endpoint Protection, SOC/MDR, email and anti–phishing and identity and access.– Vulnerability assessments and risk mitigation.– Business continuity support.– Proactive and strategic IT planning.
