(1) Vendor needs to provide paratransit contracted services to the government authority located in Moline, IL. • Provide dispatching services for directly operated Specialized Transit Services (STS).• Continue to provide and supervise the STS vehicle operators and shall provide the vehicles, maintenance, fuel, insurance, road supervision, and other operating resources for STS.• Provide occasional charter service using vehicles. • Charter service shall be provided only upon prior written authorization and in accordance with instructions regarding the event, vehicles, service schedule, routes, staffing, and other operating requirements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 2, 2026.
