CRATER LAKE - KLAMATH REGIONAL AIRPORT PROFESSIONAL SERVICES/F-35 FACILITY DESIGNS REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS: The City of Klamath Falls as sponsor of a public use airport facility is soliciting Statements of Qualifications and Experience for professional services at the Crater Lake - Klamath Regional Airport. Services anticipated incluce architect-engineering services for the contruction of three (3) facilities on Air National Guard leased premises: 1) F-35 Munitions Maintenance & Inspection Facility; 2) F-35 Munitions Trailer Maintenance Facility; and, 3) F-35 Munitions Assembly and Control (MAC) Pad and Storage Facility. All submittals must be sent, and any questions or comments directed to the City of Klamath Fall’s Bid Express F-35 Munitions Facility Designs project page at https://www.bidexpress.com/businesses/72070/home. Proposers will be notified of selection or short listing for virtual interviews by August 5, 2026. If interviews are required, time, schedule and process will be determined by Selection Committee. Interested applicants should not expect compensation of costs associated with the interview or applicant’s submittal package. Selected Proposer understands that time is of the essence to deliver a draft or negotiated proposal by August 24, 2026.
