Provider for Downtown Jacksonville 3D Building Mesh Model Services

The Downtown Investment Authority (“DIA”) seeks proposals from qualified vendors to acquire a high fidelity, photo-accurate and geospatially accurate 3D city model of a select area of the City. The purpose of this effort is to support the development of a Level of Detail (LOD) 3, 3D Digital Twin model that serves as a practical planning and implementation tool to support redevelopment evaluation within the Downtown Overlay. The intent of this solicitation is to deliver 3D mesh models of buildings accurately located and spatially correct, and 2D images required to support a Level of Detail (LOD) 3 functional Digital Twin model that serves as a planning and implementation tool for DIA staff and development partners. The 3D building mesh models are a key visual component of a 3D digital twin. The LOD 3 digital twin model shall support evaluation of redevelopment scenarios, visualization of development proposals, and analysis of the relationship between private development and the public realm.
