Description
The City of Tucson is seeking a qualified construction manager/general contractor to provide pre-construction/design phase assistance and complete construction services as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for transportation improvements and waterline modifications along 5th Street between Country Club Road and Wilmot Road. The total length of the project is approximately 4.0 miles long. This project will include the full-depth pavement replacement of the existing roadway, ADA facility improvements, reconstruction of existing curb and driveways, pavement markings, signing, traffic signal modifications, removal of existing water pipe, and installation of new water pipe, and other incidental work. Travel lane widths will also be reduced from the existing width to accommodate for wider bike lanes along the roadway.
