CLEANING-13826 - USA (Southwest Ranches, Florida) - Town Hall Janitorial Services - Deadline October 8,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide town hall janitorial services to the government authority located in Southwest Ranches, FL.– Contractor shall furnish, at its own expense, all cleaning products, chemicals, trash liners, hand soap, paper products, toilet tissue, and other consumable supplies necessary to perform the required services.– Hand soap shall be antibacterial. toilet tissue shall be quality grade and shall be suitable for use with the septic system.– All cleaning products and chemicals shall be commercially appropriate for their intended use and compatible with the surfaces, fixtures, furnishings, and equipment being cleaned. – The contractor shall maintain for all applicable cleaning products and chemicals used at town facilities and make them available to the town upon request.– Cleaning products, chemicals, and waste shall be stored, handled, and disposed of in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable health, safety, and environmental requirements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 23, 2026.
