CONS-22077 - USA (San Jose, California) - Operation Rooms Renovation Services - Deadline July 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide operation rooms renovation services to the government authority located in San Jose, CA.– Implementing infection control risk assessments (ICRA), noise/vibration mitigation, and safety protocols required in clinical environments.–  Ensuring timely procurement and installation of Owner–furnished imaging and surgical equipment.– Structured kick–off meetings with applicable stakeholders (Project Manager, A/E team, facilities, IT, and equipment vendors).– Clear escalation pathways for resolving issues that may impact schedule, cost, or clinical operations.– Regular updates on milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.– Coordination with hospital operations to ensure construction activities do not disrupt patient care or critical services.– Construction software (Procore, BIM360) or any other software for construction documents tracking including but not limited to RFIs, Submittals, drawings that can be shared/accessedby the A/E, construction management, Inspectors, owner, others.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026.
