(1) Vendor needs to provide festival potable water system to the government authority located in Gainesville, FL. • Water system installed, tested, and operational prior to the beginning of each event period and remain available for maintenance and emergency response throughout the event.• Access to the venue may begin on or about January 8, 2027.• Provide temporary potable water service.• Delivery and distribution of potable drinking water throughout the festival site.• Installation of a temporary potable water system serving approximately 19 food vendors and designated animal care areas.• Provision of multiple water access points throughout the event site to ensure convenient access for vendors and animal handlers.• Installation of food–grade hoses, fittings, valves, manifolds, and other necessary equipment.• Daily monitoring and maintenance of the system to ensure uninterrupted service.• Removal of all equipment and restoration of the site following the conclusion of the event, and no later than January 28.
