(1) Vendor needs to provide psychological screening services to the government authority located in Tampa, FL.– Workforce of approximately 4,200 employees.– About 80 new employees are hired annually into uniformed police positions.– City requires that all new police officers undergo psychological screenings.– Additionally, about 30 new employees are hired annually into firefighter positions.– All new firefighters undergo psychological screenings.– The screenings consist of written tests and in–person interviews.– Written report is required for each applicant, including the interpretation of the psychological evaluation and recommendation concerning the applicant’s suitability for employment in the position sought.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 8, 2026.
