(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal digital kiosk program service to the government authority located in Brookline, MA. • Provide a comprehensive, turnkey digital kiosk program for the town, including the design, permitting, installation, operation, maintenance, advertising management, and eventual removal of interactive kiosks.• Software Platform: User interface, content management system (CMS), remote management capabilities, software longevity/updates schedule• Accessibility: ADA compliance, audio features, height/visibility considerations• Customization/Branding: Ability to reflect Town identity and neighborhood context• Physical Design: Dimensions, materials, durability, weather resistance, vandalism mitigation, thermal management (i.e. cooling/heating)• Hardware Components: Screens, touch capability, accessibility features, sensors, connectivity, power source, backup battery• Advertising and Content Management: Paid advertising• Proposed advertising model and content controls• Local Businesses: Advertising opportunities, analytics, etc.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
