EXTRA-74478 - USA (Colorado) - Fleet Advisor Services - Deadline August 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fleet advisor services to the government authority located in CO.– Task 1 – Administrative:– Fleet advisor shall track their activity progress, timelines and milestones in the progress tracker provided by the on an on–going basis.– Fleet Advisor shall participate in coordination calls approximately twice per month, or as designated.– During the coordination calls, Fleet Advisor will be prepared to provide feedback and support for fleet engagement efforts, and be available to answer fleet questions raised.– Task 2 – Outreach and education:– Organize electric vehicle (EV) and zero–emissions fleet educational events such as: fleet EV 101 workshops, medium and heavy–duty vehicle dealership outreach, EV lunch and learns, and EV ride and drives.– Task 3 – Capacity building:– Fleet managers, business owners, independent contractors, and commercial vehicle dealerships.– Discussion and planning interactions for partner events throughout each program year. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
