Concourse A Ramp Level Office Upgrades

The Kenton County Airport Board (“KCAB”) will receive bids for Project Title . A pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on Pre-Proposal Date at Pre-Proposal Time at Pre-Proposal Location . Questions are due at Question Submission Time on Question Submission Date and answers will be posted no later than Question Response Date at Question Response Time . Bids must be received by Response Submission Date at Response Submission Time . No bids will be accepted after that time unless such date or time is extended pursuant to an addendum issued by KCAB. KCAB is soliciting General Contractor services for the renovation of approximately 20,000 square feet of space located on the Ramp Level of Concourse A. The project area is currently about 50 percent occupied and includes critical Airport Operations and Housekeeping functions, requiring careful coordination to maintain operational continuity throughout construction. The scope of work includes enclosing and upgrading the existing temporary Emergency Operations Center (EOC) to establish a permanent, fully functional EOC; expanding an existing gathering area to create a larger conference or SAMS room; enhancing finishes within the occupied Housekeeping Dept. office suite and its associated restroom facilities; and completing finish upgrades in several vacant offices within the project boundary. Because a substantial portion of the space will remain occupied during the renovation, the project will require a phased construction approach that ensures uninterrupted use of essential airport services while maintaining safety and minimizing operational impact.
