(1) Vendor needs to provide coaching, training, organizational development and strategic planning services to the government authority located in Riverside, CA. – Provide comprehensive range of services that strengthen organizational performance and support staff development throughout the department. – Deliver coaching, training, organizational development, and strategic planning services designed to enhance leadership effectiveness, build workforce capability, and improve operational efficiency.• Strengthen capacity training and coaching for Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI): Training, coaching, and technical assistance should focus on building leadership and staff capabilities to apply the practical application of CQI principles and process improvement methodologies, improve service delivery, streamline processes and achieve measurable outcomes.• Leadership and workforce development: Leadership and workforce development initiatives should strengthen individual, team, and organizational capacity.• Strategic alignment and organizational performance: Services should support alignment between training, development activities, and organizational priorities.• Innovation, inclusion, and change management: Services shall include tools, strategies, and capacity–building activities that support organizational adaptability, innovation, and inclusive practices. • Consulting and advisory services: Services shall include time–limited consulting and advisory support to assist leadership and program areas.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.
