(1) Vendor needs to provide english language proficiency assessment service to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE. – Providing an english language proficiency assessment at a competitive and reasonable cost.– A comprehensive english language proficiency assessment package that provides screening of potential english language learners and an annual summative assessment for identified english language learners that are in regular education programs and are in alternate education programs.– Alt EL Screener– Alt english language proficiency assessment (Alt ELPA)– Family educational rights and privacy act– English learners (ELs)(2) The contract period will be for five years.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 1,2026.
