(1) Vendor needs to provide physical inventory capital assets services to the government authority located in Brooklyn, NY.– Conduct Movable Equipment and fixed asset inventories simultaneously supported by bar–code inventory & optical scanning technology.– provide examples of the individual reports that will be generated for the individual departments.– Provide weekly status report on the inventory progress– Provide the inventory data in a form so that it can easily be uploaded to the real asset management state university software and fixed asset systems integration(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.
