Derelict Vessel Removal

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide investigative ownership search and title acquisition of all vessels deemed abandoned or derelict at the City’s Public wharf, located at 522 Menchville Rd. S. The Contractor shall also furnish all permits, equipment, and labor to remove and dispose of all abandoned or derelict vessels located at City’s public wharf located at 522 Menchville Rd. S., Newport News, VA 23602.
